SUPPLY ORDER FORM CLOSED

As of January 19, 2022 the Early Learning Division (ELD) is no longer accepting COVID-19 supply orders and the form is closed. Any orders completed after January 18, 2022 will be cancelled. These supply packages included items such as masks, gloves, disinfectant wipes, etc. Recent demands for vaccine supplies and tests have required a shift in focus for the state distribution center.

If you have recently completed an order, the ELD will contact you with a status update. If you have questions regarding a recent order, please contact ECCGrants@ode.oregon.gov or 971-707-2029.

Reminder: If you received a Child Care Stabilization grant or Reopening grant, funds can be used to cover COVID-19 related expenses such as tests or masks.
